Curing HIV

While it is true that HIV cannot fully be cured, there are ways to deal with the virus and protect the body from allowing the HIV virus to develop into AIDS. With a healthy diet, a regular exercise regimen and proper medication (when required) and individual infected with HIV can lead a happy, normal healthy life. There have been cases of individuals who live infected with HIV for 20 years without ever knowing that they are infected. The ability to keep the virus at bay lies in the hands of the individual; a responsible person who takes good care of his body can lead a long, healthy life, even when infected with HIV.
